Complaints Procedure
Ashford Central School take complaints from school stakeholders very seriously. The following attachment is the Department procedure that will be undertaken in the event of a formal complaint. All complaints must be made through an appropriate channel according to their nature:
1. Minor issues are to be directed to teaching staff.
2. Issues requiring significant consideration are to be directed to executive staff (Assistant Principals or Head Teachers) which must be through contacting the office to arrange for an appointment.
3. Major issues or issues that include executive staff are to be directed to the Principal (via an appointment through the office).
