Events

School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

2026 Goodooga Games

Date: Tue 4 Aug - Fri 7 Aug

Departs: 7:00am

Returns: 4:15pm

Selected Year 7-10 students will be travelling to Goodooga Central School to participate in the Indigenous Games. Students will also enjoy the Lightning Ridge Hot Bore Pools, Chamber of the Black Hands Sculpture Tour, underground Opal Mine Tour, Brewarrina Cultural Centre Tour and fishing.

Father's Day Breakfast

Date: Friday, 4 Sep

Time: 8:30am

Fathers, grandfathers, uncles, carers and family members are invited to join us for a Father’s Day Breakfast of bacon and egg rolls, pancakes, hash browns and a hot beverage.

Year 7-12 Gold Coast Excursion

Date: Mon 16 Nov-Fri 20 Nov

Departs: 6:30am

Return: 5:30pm

Year 7-12 students will travel to the Gold Coast and enjoy a variety of activities including Tree Top Challenge at Mount Tambourine, a visit to Sea World & Wet 'n' Wild, a Segway tour of the Gold Coast, Indoor Skydiving at iFly, Paradise Jetboat Ride and an evening at the Australian Outback Spectacular Show.
